I received my Master degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. I am also a certified Integral Coachand is a teacher of core practice in Integral Transformative Practice.

My work is gentle, non-judgmental,and client-centered, which uses east-west perspectives that include Buddhist and Taoist philosophy and western psychology such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
